Nilachal Gramya Bank opened a new branch in Puri

Rail service from the Commission, Gorakhpur was established on July 14, 1984. Initially with RRB RRB-Muzaffarpur requirement has been the restoration of the railways in the Northeast.

Under the grant from the World Bank - TEQIP - the institute has several projects underway to establish itself as a world-class technological institute. Modernizing the mainframe provide excellent facilities for students who also have access to improved laboratory and workshop. The faculty of the institute is approved for testing and counseling. Realizing the potential of the institute, companies have sponsored renowned laboratories - for example, the high laboratory, courtesy of Siemens and Computational Fluid Dynamics Laboratory, BARC courtoisie

Various student activities such as gymkhana, social day and intra / inter college and the college magazine "Nirmaan" serve as a platform to encourage students personality. The institute has also launched a newsletter in January 2005.

Individual profiles of students through departmental brochures are located in the "office of investment and training of the institute. The office with more than one hundred companies and students successfully places of employment and training programs for campus recruitment.
